All Monitors that work with A Happy Visit have years of experience working with families and children.  I have worked for San Diego County Health and Human Services Agency, Child Welfare Services, Protective Services Worker, San Marcos and Poway Unified School Districts and coached many youth sports.

 All Monitors abide by 5.20 CA Standards and Family Section Code 3200 & 3200.5.  All Monitors are Trustline registered and have Live scan background checks.

We do visitation throughout San Diego County and neighboring Counties.

About Monitors

On April 9, 2019 Rachael Gamma was at the State Capital meeting with legislature as a supporter and witness testimony for AB1165, helping make California and San Diego a safer place for our children and families. The Bill recently passed and will be a law January 2021, all Monitors will be mandated to have a Livescan background check and be registered through Trustline.
