Visitation Monitoring and Exchange services
We service all of San Diego County
Visitation:
$70.00 - $85.00 per hour depending on complexity of case, number of children, location of visits. Minimum two hour visits. Payment for visits must to be paid prior to scheduled and confirmed visit. Non custodial parent is responsible for fees of any activities that occur on visits.
Monitored Exchanges:
$70.00-$80.00 per exchange.
Intake and Orientation Fee:
$100.00 for all intake and orientation interviews per parent.
Summary Reports/ Visit Activity Report:
$50.00 per visitation report or critical incident report request and paid by requesting party. Fees for reports are due prior to the start and release of any documents.
Court Report:
A fee for each court report of $250.00 for 10 visits paid by requesting party. All parties and attorneys receive reports. Reports are filed with the court.
Holiday Visits:
Additional $30.00 per hour- Holiday scheduling is on a first come first serve basis.
Court Appearance:
$500.00 retainer fee due prior to court date for appearance. The party that originated the subpoena is responsible for the fees. This rate is per monitor that is subpoenaed. Downtown cases are charged additional $35 for parking.
Cancellation:
With 72 hours prior notice – No fee
Less than 72 hours – parent canceling or changing the visit or exchange will be responsible for payment of entire scheduled visit. Fee due immediately. If there are 2 cancelled or reduced hours of visits, the client will need to give a 5 day notice of cancelled or changed visit or client will be responsible for payment of full scheduled visit.
No Shows:
Parent that fails to show up for a scheduled visit or exchange will be responsible for payment equal to the amount of the missed visit or exchange. Fees due immediately.
Late Fees:
Visits will be cancelled if either party is more than 15 (fifteen) minutes late to the exchange location (unless communication has been made with monitor, and monitor has approved the circumstances surrounding the tardiness) The Party that caused the cancellation will be responsible for the total amount of the scheduled visit or exchange.
